Ample parking is available directly adjacent to the center, with designated rideshare drop-off zones and direct connections to regional public transit lines.

Respect & Consent
All prop weapons must be checked and tagged at the weapons check desk immediately upon entering the venue. No functional weapons are permitted.
Ensure your costume can safely navigate crowded aisles. Large wings, armor, or structures must be easily removable in tight spaces.
Cosplay is not consent. Always ask permission before taking photos or videos of other attendees. Keep interactions respectful.

What are the show hours?
Is there a bag policy?
Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. VIP badge holders get 30-minute early access each day.
Yes. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Clear bags are highly recommended to speed up security lines. Large luggage is not permitted on the show floor.
Are tickets refundable?
Can I bring a camera?
All badge sales are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer your badge to another person through our online ticketing portal up to 48 hours before the event.
Non-professional cameras are welcome! Professional photography rigs, tripods, and lighting setups require a press badge and are restricted in high-traffic areas.
